What types of tunnel freezer do we have?

The tunnel freezer is a large-scale quick-freezer suitable for large-volume processing and production in the factory assembly line. It has a strong quick-freezing capacity, simple operation and a high degree of automation, so it is warmly welcomed by consumers. Impingement tunnel freezer

The impingement type tunnel freezer is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with HACCP requirements, and is a high-efficiency continuous individual quick freezer with two-way freezing, which ensures food hygiene and safety. The frozen products produced by using this equipment are more perfect in quality, larger in output, less in dry consumption and higher in economic benefit.

The "adjustment pulse type" cold air are applied to the upper surface of foods which are continuously going into the equipment, the upper surface of foods are freezed quickly, the lower surface of foods contact with the stainless steel belt, uniform cold air are ejected under the belt, so the temperature of belt decreased rapidly, then the lower surface of foods which contact with the belt are freezed quickly.

 

Ordinary tunnel freezer

The ordinary type of tunnel freezer is also designed and produced strictly in accordance with the requirements of HACCP. It is a two-way freezing high efficiency continuous monomer quick-freezing machine which ensure food hygiene and safety. The frozen products produced by this machine have more perfect quality, larger output, less dry consumption and higher economic benefit.
The cold air enter the freezer continuously and flow on the upper surface of the foode, which make upper surface of the food is rapidly frozen, the lower surface of the food contact with the stainless steel belt, uniform cold air spray under the belt and quickly drop the temperature of the belt, at the same time make the lower surface of the food frozen quickly.
